The other day, a beautiful young lady came into Twirl and tried this dress on and I think everyone in the store let out an audible gasp! We all know polka dots are so in for 2026 but this dress takes it to the next level. The ruffles are eye catching and not like anything else on the market. She's stunning and you'll look beautiful in her!
