It's Party Time

Have you ever seen a movie or read a book where the lady in the story gets a new "Party Dress"? Why did we stop that tradition? Just because we aren't going to a big ball at a castle (or maybe some of you do?!) doesn't mean we can't still treat ourselves to a new party dress.
